4 wheeler

Owen loves his 4 wheeler and we had been playing with cups stacking and breaking and playing all sorts of tower builder why not up it and drive into it? AWESOME he LOVED every second of this! Look how cute he is ;)

In the middle of the night Chad ripped a huge one that woke himself up! Then in the morning owen turns to chad and asks Dad WHY YOU TOOT ALL NIGHT?? So funny that he remembered

Koa turns 1

We had a birthday party for Koa. We just had cake and had family over. Although Marjie has most the pics on her phone so These are all I have! We had a great day and she was smothered with lots of love ;)

And yes we destroyed it.
It was a huge bee hive...If you have ever been to my house you know we have a random rock fountain ThInG out front.(it has really grown on me and one day it will be a little pond with fishies inside...anywhoo) One morning chad found this huge beehive that had popped up outta nowhere. Sorry there are no before pics I was way too timid to get close. Chad waited until the dead of night to attack. So he got his poison of choice and blasted those bees. Now they are all in the dirt dead. I do feel like its a mass grave and when I see them laying there it is a little sad. ... Well im over it thank goodness Owen didn't get stung. Sorry bees.

I know it has been awhile since I have blogged...or has it!? The truth is I started another one that is more like a journal and that one has been the priority. The other issue is that most of the pictures are taken with chads iphone so if I wanted pics on the post -which who doesnt- I would have to blog from his computer! So anyway I am going to try and be better for family and friends that live far away. because I enjoy seeing what everyone else is up too, I bet you people do too....dont blame me if I am a purge blogger!

Owen LOVES his little sister and helps me so much with her. If she is crying he say`s UH OH mom the baby. Or if I need anything like a diaper he will bring me one....thanks bud

There is nothing like having a little angel! I think everyone should be blessed to have a little girl. I love her more than words can describe. She is simply PERFECT in every way.

This is Owen at Farmington pool! He loves playing peek a boo through this hole!

I can not get him off of this scooter! We go up and down the street! He started to scoot his little feet to test out how he can do it on his own. He is very independent on it because my hands are NOT allowed on the handle bars!He loves to give loves!

Moab and More

We went to Lagoon and Owen LOVED it....He got to play in the fountain...

And ride all the cool rides!! I think this one was his favorite!

We Also went to MOAB and camped for the memorial day weekend and Chad's birthday
Owen LOVED to play all over the campsite and he got to be OUTSIDE constantly until he crashed for the night...I think he was in Heaven!

If you cant tell these shots were pretty rushed! It was so WINDY and right after this it started to poor rain....The wind almost knocked me over! It is still awesome to see this crazy arch though. I think everyone should see this once in their lives.

We cant forget! We also made a GARDEN YEA! Its kinda little but i am so excited to eat them in a couple of months. Chad's so excited he even wants to build us a green house so we can have all sorts of GOODNESS year round. If you have any garden tips I would love them!

WALKING!

He`s walking! This week he has taken off. I LOVE it!!! He gets into a lot more but, its so much fun. We can play a ton more games now and he is even funnier then before! Sorry about the camera work i should have taken another shot, i guess i was too lazy!

Projects.

This is a picture of our saturdays this past month! It desperatly needed to be done. I love having a house but the work is never ending, especially when it was a rental home for years before..This picture def. doesn`t do the pile justice! Plus we added more after i took it AND more to a neighbors pile because we were scared the city wouldn`t take it! Owen loved to help pick up sticks and watch Chad climb the trees!


The pic. above is a hair clip! Most of you know i am in the YW now -which i LOVE- Its been making me be more creative and girly!! I made these hair clips and then the ones below are magnets! The leaders all had to come up with a magnet to make for a value. Mine is Individual Worth and the color is red but, i went for more of a PINK! They are on clothes pins so they can clip a paper on it if they want. I also made them all different because we are all different hence the Individual Worth.I am teaching ALL the girls next week and giving these to them so i hope they like em and WISH ME LUCK!

YA for bowling! It was his first time `for real` bowling! We have a blast on the wii but its much better to see all the lights and music. Although its a lot more work. Owens favorite part was to watch for the balls to come out of the ground and hit each other on the thing that holds them all.
Im not sure what its called ;) But you know what i mean right.

We have a little cubby thing in our kitchen and its turned into more of a toy for him then anything else! He loves to put toys in there, hide from me, and most of all just hang out and sing a little...he LOVES to sing!. Its so silly to look at him in there.

Splish Splash

We started our swim classes!! Chad had today off so we got to take some pics. He was going to swim with us but a block before we got there our tire popped! So he had fun changing the tire while we swam. Owen has been having a BLAST swimming....I know he cant wait for summer to get here just as much as i can.

Park City

This weekend we got to see a movie at sundance! I love going there every year but last year we didnt because we had just had owen. We bought tickets awhile back to the opening night film Mary and Max. (although we saw it on closing night) We thought we couldn`t go wrong if they picked this film for their opener! It was about two pin pals a little girl and an old mentally ill man. It started off pretty interesting but then got weird! It took the guy who made it 5 years to make, so the animation was the best part. After we saw the movie it was a bliZZard so we didnt get a chance to walk main but we did do a drive by , but it was so snowy we couldn`t see anyone anyway. Maybe we`ll see someone famous next year.

So I have been going through all our pictures of owen this past year so i can make a book for him and i came across this ChUcKy lookin one! Its soo funny and a little scaryHA....i had to put a cute one with it ...I think he is 7 or 8 months in these this is his favorite ball of all time except when we were redoing the kitchen a neighbor kid through it down the air duct! I cant believe how the time flew by. We have enjoyed every second with him this past year and i cant wait to have another year even better then the last!

owen always puts one leg up where ever we go in the shopping cart, in his stroller, and in this case the car seat on the way to grandma greats! Here are some pics from the trip also!! Oh yea and we cant forget about steven hitting the deer!! Marj you might want to come in our car next time!! I especially like the two and a half men shot!

The kitchen is done! This pic of chad is really creepy! but it was funny! Well its always funny when he has to get into the attic because he has to climb through this little hole and then walk around on beams! But this was extra funny because he was putting in the lights and i could see him instead of just listening...we could pass tools back and forth a lot easier but he kept hitting me in the head with stuff> at least their in and they look great...i cant believe how hard he worked to get this done before thanksgiving but he did it. We still have little things to do but nothing to timely! Next project dining room!yea...or maybe owens room??!!Anyone is welcome whenever they want to come by and see the `before and after` it looks nothing like it did before.
